This page explains how Happy Thriving Life Inc. handles personal information on this website. It covers this site only. Each of our brands operates its own website with its own privacy practices.

What we collect

Nothing, directly. This is a static informational website. It has no accounts, no sign-up forms, no newsletter, no shopping cart, and no analytics or advertising trackers. We do not set cookies.

The one exception is not a tracker: if you use the light/dark switch, your choice is saved in your own browser's local storage so the site remembers it next time. It never leaves your device and we never see it.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes standard technical request information — such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested — in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse. That processing is governed by Cloudflare's own privacy policy.

Cloudflare operates a global network, so this technical information may be processed on servers outside Canada, in whichever jurisdictions its infrastructure and privacy practices provide for. It is subject to the laws of those jurisdictions while it is there.

If you email us

If you contact us at contact@happythrivinglife.com, we receive whatever you choose to send: your email address, your name if you give it, and the contents of your message. We use that only to reply to you and to keep a record of the correspondence. We do not sell it, rent it, or add it to a marketing list.

Links to other sites

This site links out to our brands and occasionally to third parties. Once you follow a link, you are on someone else's website, under their privacy practices — including our own brand sites, which are separate from this one.

Your rights

Happy Thriving Life Inc. is a Canadian company based in Alberta, Canada. If you have sent us email and would like to know what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted, write to us and we will take care of it.

If this policy changes, we will update the page and the date at the top. There is no notification list, because we do not keep one.
